Eligibility: Any practioner having at least 3 years experience in any branch of alternative medicines, Or The Candidates who have completed the Diploma/ Bachelor Certification Courses of the University.

OR

The Candidates who have completed a course from any authentic institution.

Minimum Age: 21 years.

Requirements:

1.  Three copies of the Passport size photographs.
2. One experience certificate of at least 3 years from a Regestered Doctor/M.L.A/ M.P./ Sarpanch/ Gazetted Officer or the Xerox copy of the Diploma/ Bachelor Certificate awarded by the University or any authentic institution.
3. One character certificate from a respectable person.

Total Fees: The total fees is US$700. Full fees should be sent with the form.
